Registration is FREE for all currently enrolled students, faculty and staff affiliated with A&M-Commerce.
Other guests (not affiliated with A&M-Commerce) may register for a rate of $20 per person. Lunch is provided on both conference days to all registered attendees.
All payments must be made via our external payment portal.

The Social Change Conference educates and empowers individuals to advocate for themselves and others. Join us for a transformational experience featuring educational sessions and speakers that will foster lasting systemic change.
Present an Educational Session
Deadline: Feb. 3, 2023The Office of Intercultural Engagement and Leadership is currently accepting educational session proposals that align with the learning outcomes listed below. All educational sessions will be 45 minutes and in-person in the form of visual presentations or other engaging formats.
Who can participate?
Any A&M-Commerce student, faculty, staff or community member—either affiliated or unaffiliated with A&M-Commerceor another college or university—are encouraged to submit a proposal.
What topics may be presented?
Subjects may range from voting rights, climate justice, healthcare, racial injustice, gun violence and more.
What are the learning outcomes?
All educational sessions must meet at least one of the following learning outcomes:

Establish an understanding of how social identities intersect to influence an individual’s experience.

Enhance an individual's sense of social responsibility and become better versions of themselves to contribute to a more inclusive and culturally aware campus and society.

Identify and think critically about the value of change agencies and develop an understanding of systemic leadership.
