Get ready to sweat. This high-energy cycle class pushes your limits with hills, sprints, and varied terrain designed to elevate your heart rate and deliver an authentic ride experience. Expect powerful playlists, challenging intervals, and a workout that leaves you feeling accomplished.
Pre-Sign Up
Participants may sign-up up to one week in advance and until 15 minutes before the class begins. Pre-registration is not required; however, signing up in advance guarantees your spot in the class.
- Participants must be 16 years or older to attend group fitness classes.
- Must have an active campus recreation membership.
Arriving to Class
- This class takes place in the Morris Recreation Center in Racquetball Court 4.
- Participants who sign up through the Campus Rec App or RecPortal will receive check-in priority.
- Check-in opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
- Registered participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins or their spot may be released to individuals on the standby list.
- To ensure safety and minimize disruptions, participants will not be permitted to enter the class more than 10 minutes after the start time.
Safety & Attire
For your safety and performance, please eat and hydrate prior to class and wear proper athletic attire.
