Class Description
Human Reformer is a dynamic Pilates mat class that mimics traditional reformer exercises using resistance bands and bodyweight. This class focuses on building core strength, improving postural alignment, and enhancing muscular control through controlled, intentional movement.

Pre-Sign Up

Participants may sign up up to one week in advance and until 15 minutes before the class begins. Pre-registration is not required; however, signing up in advance guarantees your spot in the class.

- Participants must be 16 years or older to attend group fitness classes.
- Must have an active campus recreation membership.

Arriving to Class

- This class takes place in the Nursing and Health Science Building, NHS 164.
- Participants who sign up through the Campus Rec App or RecPortal will receive check-in priority.
- Check-in opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
- Registered participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins or their spot may be released to individuals on the standby list.
- To ensure safety and minimize disruptions, participants will not be permitted to enter the class more than 10 minutes after the start time.

Safety & Attire
For your safety and performance, please eat and hydrate prior to class and wear proper athletic attire.
