The mission of the East Texas A&M University Section of SWE is to empower women to succeed and advance in the field of engineering, and to be recognized for their life-changing contributions as engineers and leaders. Our section fosters a supportive environment for women in engineering through mentorship, professional development, community building, and outreach.
