Mission
The TLS program was founded in 2022 by 18 member institutions as a state-wide, leadership program, aimed at guiding Texas high school graduates to develop their leadership skills and continue their education at a public Texas university. This page is for students accepted to the program who attend East Texas A&M University.

Membership Benefits
Members benefit from ongoing leadership development through monthly meetings and mentorship. TLS students also have the opportunity to participate in research, conferences and study abroad programs.
