We are helping a generation of young Ukrainians improve their spoken English and intercultural skills, making an impact on both an individual and a national level.

-On an individual level, we equip students to access academic and professional opportunities.
-On a national level, we connect Ukraine with the world, spurring economic growth and social progress.

Want to change a life without leaving home?
ENGin, a US/Ukraine-based 501(c)3 nonprofit, urgently needs volunteers to practice English online with Ukrainian youth. We pair Ukrainian youth with English speakers for free online conversation practice and cross-cultural connection. We work with students ages 10-35 and volunteers age 14+.

Volunteering with ENGin is a unique, flexible opportunity to connect 1-on-1 with a Ukrainian in need and help them break the language barrier. We provide all training and materials.
-No prior experience or knowledge of Ukrainian is required
-1 hour/week commitment (you pick the day/time)
-Minimum of 10-12 weeks

Mission
The organization focus on supporting underserved communities through programs that promote conservation and provide volunteers for community cleanup and beautification projects, connect families, local businesses, and schools to coordinate efforts that improve basic education, higher learning, and job training, provide direct charitable aid to the hardest hit and most vulnerable members of the community, among whom are the homeless, struggling families, the elderly, and victims of natural disasters; and connect those community members suffering from mental issues with state and local resources that can provide further assistance.

Mission
The Wilkinson Center mission is to transform the lives of Dallas families by providing pathways to self-sufficiency with dignity and respect. We fulfill that mission by helping families face critical life challenges including food insecurity, lack of education, economic instability, unemployment and underemployment. Our formula for success is case management, compassionate staff, dedicated volunteers and effective individualized programming. All of our programs are provided free of charge.
