The mission of Alpha Gamma Alpha is to promote intellectual stimulation for its members, service to the campus as a whole, and furtherance of friendship between the faculty and student body.

The major goals of Alpha Gamma Alpha include investigating mathematical phenomenon and how it affects us as a society, assisting students who are majoring in Mathematics in gaining and keeping membership in the National Mathematics Honor Society, Pi Mu Epsilon, and providing a means for interested students to gain membership in the national organization, Mathematics Association of America.

Since 1966, we have been helping athletes experience the hope and purpose that comes from following Jesus, and equipping them to use their platform to be part of God’s mission in the world to make disciples of all nations.
By serving, training, and sending athletes as influencers into the world, we are building spiritual movements everywhere through the platform of sport so that everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.

The goal of the goal of the Athletic Training Society:
a. To provide support to the Athletic Training Education Program at Texas A&M-Commerce
and its professional staff; and to increase the quality of education thereof.
b. To provide members with opportunities for association and interaction. c. To encourage members to become more involved in the athletic training profession by taking on social, moral and
ethical obligations.
d. To contribute to the welfare of its members by instilling desire for self improvement and scholastic excellence. e. To educate its members on the important issues facing the athletic training profession today.

Students involved in the Athletic Training Society are usually part of the Athletic Training program. The organization promotes involvement with the athletic teams and assists the Sports Medicine staff. The organization participates in intramural activities and other campus events.
